Women of Purpose is Living On Purpose’s growth space for women who are ready to do the inside-out work that strengthens families, builds healthy relationships, and creates sustainable economic independence. Grounded in our belief that if you have breath, you have purpose, Women of Purpose equips women with community, tools, and support to lead with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
The problems we’re addressing
Women of Purpose exists to confront the barriers that too often keep women stuck in survival mode, including:
Lack of consistent support and community: Many women carry responsibilities without a trusted circle for encouragement, accountability, and honest conversation.
Relationship strain and imbalance: Women often navigate partnerships, parenting, and family dynamics without practical tools for boundaries, communication, and shared expectations.
Financial vulnerability and limited wealth-building education: Many women have not had access to clear, judgment-free guidance on budgeting, credit, savings, investing, and long-term planning.
Entrepreneurship barriers: Women, especially women of color, face limited access to capital, networks, mentors, and business infrastructure to launch and sustain ventures.
Unaddressed stress, trauma, and burnout: Without culturally responsive wellness support, chronic stress can block growth, decision-making, and long-term stability.
Limited leadership pathways: Women are often under-supported in stepping into leadership roles in their workplaces, communities, and households.
Our approach
Through workshops and cohort-style gatherings, Women of Purpose combines three core strategies:
Inside-out development: Guided reflection and wellness practices that strengthen emotional health, resilience, and purpose clarity.
Practical skill-building: Hands-on training in financial literacy, career readiness, entrepreneurship fundamentals, and leadership development.
Community + mentorship: A consistent, values-aligned community where women can build relationships, access mentors, and grow through accountability and shared experience.
As the Bay Area Hub of Changing Faces Inc., Women of Purpose is grounded in trauma-informed care and a long-standing commitment to strengthening individuals and families. Our goal is simple: help women build stable lives, healthy relationships, and financial capability—so they can thrive personally and create generational change.
